FAQ

1. Can you size a ring for me?

Unfortunately I am unable to size rings once they are constructed. Please be certain about the size you require. If you are not sure how to do this, please email and I will send you information about how to determine your size.

2. Could you repair a piece of jewellery for me?

I will gladly repair jewellery that I have made, in the event it becomes damaged due to construction inadequacies. Normal wear and tear over time does not fall under this category. Please be aware that enamel is glass and has the potential to break if not treated with care. With this in mind, if repairs are required for enamel work, each will each be treated on an individual basis (determined by construction inadequacy or improper care).

3.How do I care for my jewellery?

Most of the jewellery I make has a patina and is designed to look good (or even better!) with time. Silver or gold jewellery can be washed or "polished" with a soft cloth or old toothbrush and some soap. Painted jewellery often has a distressed finished and is designed to age with grace. Enamelled jewellery can break, as it is metal covered in glass. Please take care not to drop the piece and I encourage storage of the work in the box provided, when you are not wearing it.

4. Are there any special care instructions for all other products?

If special care instructions are required for products, they will be mentioned in the individual product details.

5. Can I request a custom designed piece?

There are certain slower times of year where I may be able to take on custom orders. Please inquire by message if you have a specific idea in mind.

6. Do you have a gallery where I can look at all the other pieces you have made?

I have provided links to my other website www.jamiekroeger.com that houses images of my art jewellery. This work is dedicated to art exhibitions and galleries. If you are interested in purchasing, please email me directly with you inquiries and I can provide you details and direction.

Thank you!
